Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.


🖤 Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy. The shipping label will not reveal any product information.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer flat-rate and calculated shipping options at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (estimated)

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)

Please note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or weather events.


🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time—but we're working on it!


📝 Order Issues & Tracking

If your tracking number shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

  • Double-check with household members or neighbors

  • Contact your local post office

  • Then reach out to us at theafterdarkvault@gmail.com and we’ll help you investigate


🔁 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll do everything we can to make it right.
